Please read these Terms before using the service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
This website provides AI-powered image generation and editing services. Subscriptions, credit packs, and the rules for their use are described below.
The service is not intended for children under 13.
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your prompts and reference images and to use generated results. Do not use the service in breach of applicable law, third-party rights, or the content rules below.
Do not bypass service limits or security measures, or interfere with the operation of the service or its systems.
We use your prompts, images, and generated content only as necessary to provide the service and handle necessary support or security matters. This includes processing by service providers needed to fulfill your requests. Necessary human access is limited to those purposes. We do not independently use your content for public display, marketing, or training our own models.
Images generated using signup promotional credits, paid subscription credits, or one-time credit packs may be used for personal and commercial projects, subject to these Terms and the rights and permissions applicable to your inputs and outputs. You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted materials and use of generated results do not infringe third-party rights. Generated content may resemble other content, and permission to use an output does not itself establish copyright protection or clear third-party rights.
Our Privacy Policy at /privacy explains information handling and browser storage. You can use support@gptimage25.online for privacy or deletion requests, content reports, infringement complaints, and appeals.
We offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time credit packs. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the year, with subscription credits allocated on the subscription's monthly schedule. Unused subscription credits expire at the next credit period and do not roll over. Credit packs do not expire and are available to logged-in users without a subscription.
The 10 promotional credits granted on signup expire 30 days after they are credited to your account. Credits with the earliest expiry are used first.
Cancelling automatic renewal by itself keeps your current plan active until the end of its paid subscription period. Account closure is a separate process described below. Direct mid-period upgrades, downgrades, and changes between monthly and annual billing are not available. To switch, cancel renewal and subscribe to your preferred plan after your current paid period ends. We do not apply mid-period plan-change charges or prorated plan-change credits.
Annual subscriptions continue through the paid year, including scheduled monthly credit allocations, subject to the review-freeze rules below. A monthly credit allocation date is not the end of an annual subscription. Existing credit expiry rules continue to apply, subject to those freeze rules. You can purchase a one-time credit pack if you need additional credits before your plan ends.
To request account closure, email support@gptimage25.online. We verify account ownership, review active subscriptions and remaining credits, and arrange and verify the stopping of future subscription renewals before closing access. We explain any remaining paid period and credit balance, and that you will no longer be able to use them through the closed account.
You may choose to continue using your remaining entitlements and request closure later, or confirm that you want to close the account now. You are not required to wait until your paid period ends to request closure. After your confirmation, we close access and begin the deletion process described in our Privacy Policy. Account closure does not itself create an automatic cash refund; our refund rules and rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude still apply. You can contact support@gptimage25.online about billing after closure.
When an ordinary generation request is confirmed as failed, the credits used for that request are automatically returned. Returned credits remain subject to their original expiry rules and keep their original expiry dates, if any. Credits already expired when the failed request is settled are not restored to your available balance. Failure does not extend credit validity. An unresolved or delayed request is not automatically a confirmed failure. Credit restoration is separate from a cash refund. Requests found to violate our content rules are addressed separately below.
A request blocked before generation does not consume credits. A request that has already consumed generation resources remains chargeable if it is subsequently found to violate our content rules.
The same rules apply to free credits, subscriptions, and credit packs. Sexual content, nudity, sexually suggestive material, and any content involving minors are prohibited. Violations may lead to suspension; serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.
You can appeal by emailing support@gptimage25.online. During review, unused paid credits and remaining subscription entitlements are frozen rather than immediately cleared. Credit expiry and subscription time are paused during the freeze, together with monthly credit allocations under annual subscriptions. If access is restored, the paused schedules are extended by the freeze duration.
Purchases are generally non-refundable, except for verified duplicate or incorrect charges or refunds required by applicable law. For a billing error, contact support@gptimage25.online within seven calendar days of the charge. This reporting period does not limit your statutory rights.
After verifying a billing error, we return the excess or incorrectly charged amount, using the original payment method where possible. We do not charge an additional site refund-processing fee for a verified billing-error refund. We usually provide an initial reply to billing-error refund requests within three business days. This is not a guarantee of approval or when funds will arrive.
If an incorrect payment also caused an incorrect credit allocation, unused excess credits are withdrawn; any used excess credits are reviewed manually. This does not authorize removal of credits from a valid, separate purchase.
Access to the service may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, or outages affecting service providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The credit-restoration and refund rules in these Terms continue to apply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies, or limits liability, where applicable law does not allow us to do so.
We may update these Terms. Updated versions will be published on this page. Where applicable law requires additional notice or your agreement to a change, those requirements continue to apply.
