Account information includes your email address, account profile, authentication information, and the information supplied by a sign-in provider when you use that method. Session records can include an IP address and browser information.
Generation information includes prompts, reference images, generation parameters, request identifiers, generated results, and processing status. Prompts and request snapshots are stored in service records; they are not processed solely inside your browser.
Purchase information includes orders, subscription status, payment identifiers, credit allocations and consumption, and refund-related records. Support and safety information includes messages, reports, appeals, and the information needed to investigate them.
We use browser storage for functions such as signed-in sessions, security, preferences and generation-request recovery. We use Google Analytics to understand visits and use of the website. We do not use advertising tracking pixels.
We use information to authenticate accounts, process image requests, deliver results, manage subscriptions and credits, address support requests, and handle necessary security and abuse matters.
Our use of your generation content is limited to providing the service and necessary support or security handling. We do not independently use it for public display, marketing, or training our own models.
We use service providers for hosting, database and file storage, payments, image generation, account authentication, email delivery, and analytics. Providers receive information needed for their respective functions.
Vercel hosts our application, Neon provides our database, and Cloudflare R2 stores image files. Stripe processes payments. Google Analytics helps us understand visits and use of the website. Generation providers receive prompts, reference images and generation parameters needed to fulfill your requests.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own.
We determine retention separately for different types of information, based on why it is needed and when that need ends. There is no single retention period for all account information, generation content, and transaction records.
Account and sign-in information. We retain information needed to operate your account and authenticate access. Account closure starts a deletion process; records still needed for billing, security, disputes, or legal obligations are handled separately.
Prompts and generation-request records. We use these records to process your requests, track their status, and investigate related support or security issues. Completing generation does not by itself mean every request record has been deleted. When a deleted result reaches permanent cleanup, related prompts and content records that are no longer needed are also handled for deletion. Necessary billing, security or dispute records are handled separately.
Requests that produce no result. Failed or rejected requests can still have prompts and full request records. We enter that content into cleanup once the request is definitively finished, no further retry is needed, credit settlement or restoration has been checked, and no ongoing support case or dispute requires the full content. Where necessary, limited records such as request identifiers, status, timestamps and credit movements are retained separately for their stated purposes and end conditions.
Reference images. These are processed to fulfill your image requests. Uploaded originals enter cleanup after their 24-hour selection window ends and no generation still needs to use or copy them. Copies prepared for a generation enter cleanup after that task ends and they are no longer needed. These processing copies are separate from saved results and do not share the result-recovery window described below.
Generated results and history. We retain results to deliver them and provide account history. Deleting a result removes it from normal history and starts a 30-day recovery window. After that window, it becomes eligible for permanent cleanup. This window does not apply to every file or record associated with a generation.
Orders, payments, and credit records. We retain relevant records to manage purchases, subscriptions and credit balances, reconcile transactions, handle refunds or disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Closing an account does not by itself remove records still needed for those purposes.
Support, reports, appeals, and security records. Retention depends on the relevant case and any continuing need to investigate abuse, protect accounts, or address disputes or legal obligations.
Analytics and marketing records. Retention depends on the tools actually used, their purposes, and the applicable choices available to you.
Necessary human access to generation content is permitted only for the limited support or security purposes described above. When contacting us, do not send passwords or payment-card security codes.
Our service is not intended for use by children younger than 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in that age group.
We may update this policy. Any updated version will be published on this page.
Contact support@gptimage25.online to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. Describe the account and the request. Any identity checks must be limited to information necessary to handle the request.
To request account closure, email support@gptimage25.online. We handle the request manually, verify account ownership, review subscriptions and remaining credits, and arrange and verify the stopping of future renewals. We explain the remaining entitlements and the effect of closing access, then ask you to confirm closure. You can instead choose to continue using your remaining entitlements and request closure later; you do not have to wait until your paid period ends to request closure.
After your confirmation, we close account access and begin cleanup of associated personal information and content. Records still needed for billing, refunds, disputes, security or legal obligations are handled separately for those purposes. Our Terms describe remaining entitlements and the applicable refund rules.
Cleanup covers image files and related service records. It runs as a process with completion tracking and retries where needed; starting deletion does not mean every copy has already been physically removed.

Where a legal basis is required, the basis depends on the purpose and applicable law. This may include providing the service you request under our agreement, meeting legal obligations, or pursuing legitimate interests where permitted and where your rights do not override those interests.
